How do I know my personal information is safe

  • Only Bizztec Customer Support, and others whose duties reasonably so require, are granted access to personal information about customers.
  • Customer Support will keep personal information only as long as it remains necessary or relevant for the identified purposes or as required by law.
  • Personal information that is no longer necessary or relevant for the identified purposes or required to be retained by law will be destroyed, erased or made anonymous.
  • Customer Support will protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
  • Customer Support is fully aware of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information. Team members will be governed by a non-disclosure agreement prohibiting disclosure or use of any confidential or personal information for any purposes other than the stated business purposes.
  • Bizztec Customer Support will take care in the disposal or destruction of personal information to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information.
