is accessed through an Internet browser and can be used simultaneously
by multiple users at multiple locations – anywhere, anytime. All
data is entered into a central database thereby providing real-time
information to all authorized users.

Consolidation module
links selected Companies and automatically consolidates all
transactions at entry level.

The
advanced inventory and costing
module provides for real-time costing of product (or meal)
construction. Each sale recorded automatically calculates and
transfers the units of measure of inventory used in the production of
the product sold to Cost of Goods Sold, thereby updating inventory
levels and reporting on Gross Margins per product in real-time.
Inventory variances are automatically calculated and adjusted.

Budgets
can easily be created using the system’s budgeting tools. New
budgets are automatically populated with actual data to simplify the
preparation of budgets.

Foreign
currencies and the fluctuations are automatically adjusted
on each transaction. The system automatically accesses daily rates,
which are used to calculate foreign exchange transactions.

User
permissions are detailed and can be set anywhere from ‘Super
User’, ‘Normal User’, ‘Read Only’ or any combination
thereof. A user can be restricted to only one specific function if
required. For example a Purchase Order can be created by a user,
authorized by another and converted into a bill by another. It is
flexible and is an essential tool for developing effective internal
control functions.

The
reporting module
allows for customized reports to be created in MS Excel with
drill-down capabilities. Specialized reports can easily be created by
anyone; to be viewed by all authorized users from any location.

Bizztec
has been designed for global use. The system allows for dynamic use of
consumer taxes applicable
to the specific business and area in which it operates. After initial
setup, the relevant consumer taxes selected will automatically appear
on all the relevant forms, invoices and documents.

Each
transaction in the system is recorded on a detailed
log, which reports Date, Time, User and Transaction Type.
Any authorized user, anywhere, can access this log for security
monitoring and control purposes.

The
memorize
function allows the
user to set up recurring entries for future entry management and has
the option of electing whether the entry is to be automatically
entered by the system or manually selected in case any adjustments to
the entry are required before saving.

Data
can be easily imported and
exported. This facilitates the creation of customized
reports and also makes the migration of legacy systems to Bizztec
simple. All accounting data from previous accounting applications can
very simply be imported into Bizztec and no specialized bookkeeping or
computer skills are required.
